HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
The City of Conway has adopted the state fire code that is also the 2000 International Fire Code and follows the provisions in Chapter 27 Hazardous Materials—General Provisions, pp. 217 – 236, on all matters concerning prevention, control and mitigation of dangerous conditions related to storage, dispensing, use and handling of hazardous materials.
